1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.

The item must be in resellable condition.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer

Clearance or final sale items

Custom-ordered or special-order items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at ContactUs@biwin.com with your order number and the reason for return.

We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The refund amount will include the product price but excludes original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
